Join us for this exciting launch Yoga and Brunch workshop at the wonderful Studi07, Bookham!!

We’ll start with some gentle fascial release.  A subtle form of rolling self-massage, that can help to release tension in the body.  
We’ll continue to progressively warm and energise through Yang practice.  Before moving into a slow-paced and calming Yin practice.  Where we’ll passively hold postures to hydrate and free connective tissue, clearing blockages allowing energy to move freely around the main meridian pathways.  
The practices combined will help you reset and balance 
A delicious savasana will conclude the practice, with some subtle sweet sounds. 

We'll then move downstairs for a delicious and social brunch, prepared by Jake from Beretta Catering - A professional Chef and Melé’s Husband.  You’ll be greeted with the Studi07 grazing station of nutritional balanced, fresh funky and tasty food from around the world.  With different textures and aromas, to bring you back, awaken your senses and nourish your body and mind.

Mixed ability class, beginners welcome.

Please Bring: 

•    2x large blankets or towels
•    2x bricks 
•    2x blocks
•    A yoga belt/scarf
•    Eye pillow or scarf
•    Any other yoga equipment you like to practise with

The Studio has the following equipment but, do feel free to bring your own if you prefer;

•    A Yoga Mat
•    A Bolster (or two/three 3 large sturdy bed pillows)

A Yin Yang approach to Spring

In nature, Spring is a time of re-emergence, fresh energy and growth!  In this two-hour Yin Yang workshop, we’ll start with some gentle fascial release.  A subtle form of rolling self-massage, that can help to release tension in the body.  We’ll then shift into the Yang (energising) practice where we’ll progressively play to find a spring in our step to help us re-energise.  Before moving into the Yin portion that will be slow-paced and calming.  We’ll passively hold postures to hydrate and free connective tissue, clearing blockages allowing energy to move freely around the main meridian pathways.  A delicious savasana will conclude the practice, with some subtle sweet sounds.  
 
Altogether the perfect combination 😊🌱🌷🌼☯️
 
Suitable for all levels.  Sports lovers will especially really enjoy the facial release 😊
 
The barn has all the equipment you need, but if you would prefer to bring your own please bring: 
 
1-2 large bath towels or blankets
Two bricks
Two blocks
A bolster (We have these at the barn – you could bring an extra towel/blanket to cover if you wish)
A yoga belt/scarf
Yoga Mat
Anything else you tend to like to use
